fre99 Terms & Conditions

Specific terms used in this agreement are defined below. These definitions carry the same meaning throughout the entire document.

• "Platform" refers to fre99's website, associated pages, applications, and all digital services.
• "Member" refers to any person who uses the services through a registered account on fre99.
• "Account" refers to a Member's personal and non-transferable login profile.
• "Funds" refers to real money deposited into a Member's account.
• "Bonus" refers to additional balance granted under promotional terms, subject to specific wagering requirements.

These terms apply in full to all Members located in Bangladesh or accessing the platform from Bangladesh. fre99 reserves the right to modify these terms at any time, and Members will be notified of significant changes.

2.1 Age Requirement

To create an account and use any service on fre99, a Member must be at least 21 years old. If you are below this age, please refrain from using the platform. fre99 may request supporting documents for age verification at any time.

2.2 One Account Policy

Each person may operate only one account. If the same person creates multiple accounts, fre99 has the right to suspend or cancel all such accounts, and balances may be forfeited.

2.3 Accuracy of Registration Information

Members must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information when creating an account. fre99 reserves the right to suspend service if an account is created using incorrect or false information.

2.4 Account Security

Keeping your login details (password, OTP, etc.) confidential is entirely your responsibility. fre99 bears no liability if a third party accesses your account. If you notice any suspicious activity on your account, contact the support team immediately.

All financial transactions on fre99 are completed through secure and protected methods. The following terms apply to deposits and withdrawals.

3.1 Deposit Terms

Members must use a payment method registered in their own name. Deposits from third-party accounts will not be accepted and such transactions may be reversed. Deposit amounts should be reflected in the account immediately, though delays may occasionally occur due to the payment gateway.

3.2 Withdrawal Terms

Identity verification must be completed before a withdrawal request can be processed. Winnings earned from a bonus cannot be withdrawn until the active bonus wagering requirement has been met. Withdrawals may take up to 3 hours, although they are typically processed within 30 minutes.

3.3 Currency

All transactions on fre99 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). No exchange rate or currency conversion matters apply.

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New Members at fre99 are eligible for a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳1,000 bonus for a total balance of ৳2,000; or depositing ৳18,000 gives the maximum ৳8,000 bonus for a total of ৳26,000.

4.2 Wagering Requirements

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 25 times the bonus amount. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the deposited amount. Example: ৳1,000 bonus × 25 = ৳25,000 in bets must be placed before winnings earned from the bonus can be withdrawn.

4.3 General Bonus Terms

• Each Member may claim the welcome bonus only once.
• Bonus funds are not directly withdrawable — only the winnings portion can be withdrawn once the specified wagering requirement has been met.
• Misuse of bonus benefits (such as multiple accounts, coordinated betting, etc.) may result in the bonus being forfeited.
• fre99 reserves the right to modify or discontinue any promotion without prior notice.
• In cases of suspected bonus abuse, the account may be temporarily suspended during the investigation.

All content on the fre99 platform — including logos, designs, graphics, text, software, databases, and other elements — is protected by the copyright and trademarks of fre99 or the relevant third parties.

• No part of the platform may be copied, distributed, reproduced, or used commercially without fre99's prior written permission.
• Viewing and using platform content for personal and non-commercial purposes is permitted.
• Unauthorised use of fre99's trademarks, logos, or brand name is punishable by law.

In brief, fre99 uses your information only to provide its services. Your information is not sold to any third party. Your data is kept secure using SSL encryption and modern security technology.

fre99 strives to provide a complete, uninterrupted, and error-free service. However, fre99 bears no liability for the following:

• Disconnection mid-game due to an internet connection failure.
• If an issue arises due to a fault in the member's own device or network.
• If there is a problem with a deposit or withdrawal due to a delay or error by a third-party payment service provider.
• Force majeure situations (natural disasters, cyber attacks, government restrictions, etc.).

fre99's maximum liability will always be limited to the amount of the transaction in question.

12.1 Policy on Changes to Terms

fre99 may partially or fully update these terms at any time. In the case of significant changes, members will be notified via their registered email or through a notice on the platform. Continued use of the platform after any changes will be considered acceptance of the new terms.
