Frequently Asked Questions
Bonus Terms
When you open an account at fre99 for the first time, the welcome bonus is activated automatically on your first deposit. No separate code is needed. Deposit a minimum of ৳300 and you'll receive a 100% bonus — up to ৳8,000. For example, deposit ৳1,000 and an extra ৳1,000 bonus is added, bringing your total balance to ৳2,000.
The wagering requirement on fre99's welcome bonus is 25 times, and it is calculated only on the bonus amount — not on your deposited amount. Example: if you receive a ৳1,000 bonus, you need to wager 25 × ৳1,000 = ৳25,000. Once that target is met, winnings earned from the bonus become withdrawable.
Slot games generally count in full toward wagering. Live casino and table games may count at a reduced rate. For the latest and specific list, check fre99's bonus policy page or ask in live chat — the support team is always ready to help.
No. The welcome bonus is available only once per player — at the time of the account's first deposit. If someone tries to claim the bonus by opening multiple accounts, it will be considered a violation of fre99's rules and the account may be suspended.
The maximum welcome bonus is ৳8,000. This means even if you deposit more than ৳8,000, the bonus is capped at ৳8,000. Example: deposit ৳18,000 and you'll receive a ৳8,000 bonus — bringing your total balance to ৳26,000.
Mobile Use
fre99 is entirely browser-based. It works smoothly on any modern browser (Chrome, Safari, Firefox) on smartphones and tablets running both Android and iOS. No separate app download is needed.
First, clear your browser cache: in Chrome go to Settings → Privacy → Clear browsing data; in Safari go to Settings → Safari → Clear History. Then reload the page. If your network connection is weak, try switching to Wi-Fi or a better mobile data connection. If the problem persists, let us know via live chat.
Android Chrome: open the browser's three-dot menu → tap "Add to Home screen". iPhone Safari: tap the Share button → select "Add to Home Screen". After that, the fre99 icon can be opened directly from your home screen just like an app.
fre99's servers save the round result. After reconnecting and logging back in, the round will show as completed and any winnings will be added to your balance. If you notice any discrepancy, contact live chat immediately.
Yes, fully. fre99's site is optimized for mobile, so logging in, depositing and withdrawing funds, and playing games can all be done from a mobile browser. All desktop features are available on your phone too.
Member Account
You can generally register with a username, password, and a contact method (such as a phone number or email). The password should be at least 8 characters and contain a mix of letters and numbers. Registration on fre99 is only for those aged 21 and above.
No, nothing extra is required. You can log in from any device using your username and password. For security, it is advisable to avoid logging in on public devices and to log out of your account when you are done.
After logging in, you can update your profile information in the account settings. Some changes may require identity verification. For any issues, email [email protected] or contact live chat.
Use the "Forgot password" option on the login page. A reset link or code will be sent to your registered phone number or email. Use it to set a new password. If you still have trouble, contact live chat directly and the support team will help quickly.
Once a username is chosen, it generally cannot be changed, so make sure it keeps your identity protected. It is better not to use your real name or phone number as a username. Choose something unique but easy to remember.
Deposits
Log in to fre99 and go to the "Deposit" section, then select bKash as your payment method. Enter the desired amount, make the payment to fre99's bKash number, and confirm with the transaction ID. You must deposit ৳300 or more.
fre99 currently supports five methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and bank transfer (such as Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank). The minimum deposit amount is the same across all methods — ৳300.
The minimum deposit at fre99 is ৳300 — this applies to all payment methods. Deposits below this amount are not accepted. Similarly, the minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800.
Deposits via Nagad and all other mobile banking methods are generally processed very quickly. Your balance is updated once the payment is confirmed. Bank transfers may take a bit longer. If a deposit is delayed, contact live chat with the relevant transaction reference.
The typical withdrawal time at fre99 is 30 minutes to 3 hours. This may vary depending on the payment method and the transaction amount. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, or bank transfer can be used for withdrawals.
Slots & Jackpots
RTP (Return to Player) is the long-term average return rate of a slot game, expressed as a percentage. For example, a 96% RTP means that for every ৳100 wagered, the expected average return is ৳96 — but this is a theoretical average, and results in a single session can be completely different. RTP is not a guarantee of future winnings.
In a progressive jackpot, a portion of each bet goes into a growing pool. The more players play, the larger the pool grows. When the winning condition is met, the lucky player receives the entire accumulated prize. The pool then resets and starts growing again from zero.
Free spins are rounds where no bet amount is deducted from your balance. They are usually awarded when specific scatter symbols land together or when a game's bonus is triggered. Free spins may also be given as part of certain promotions. Wagering requirements may apply to free spins.
Volatility describes the pattern of reward distribution in a slot game. In high-volatility games, wins come less frequently but can be large when they do occur. In low-volatility games, wins come more often but in smaller amounts. Choose based on your budget and playing style.
Yes. fre99's slot games use Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, meaning the result of every spin is completely independent and unaffected by previous rounds. There are no patterns or "hot machines" — every spin starts fresh.
